IMPORTANT BEFORE TRYING OUT

ATTEND PARENT & CANDIDATE INFORMATIONAL MEETING
–APRIL 2nd @ 7PM in BHS Commons

You must complete the following 4 items:
#1 – Register on Final Forms https://bellevue-wa.finalforms.com/students/login
#2 – Turn in your student athlete’s current physical to the athletic office or email Kelli Mayer mayerk@bsd405.org.
#3 – Complete Impact Testing – Testing on April 1st & 15th at 3pm – see Bellevue High School’s Athletic page for more info at https://bellevuehigh.bsd405.org/student-life/athletics
#4 – Carefully review, complete, and return the Bellevue Cheer Rules & Regulations Packet – Coming Soon. Lastly, be prepared to show off your dance and tumbling skills, and to have fun!

PRACTICE & TRYOUT LOCATION:
Bellevue High School – Commons
Park in upper parking lot near the main office
The Commons are located at the end of the courtyard between the Performing Arts Center and the School Office

TRYOUT PRACTICES

WHAT TO EXPECT, WEAR, & BRING
At Tryouts we will be doing: 
Motions, cheers, jumps, dances, stunting, tumbling, and conditioning. Show up to tryouts in shape!

What to wear: 
Non-basketball Shorts, T-Shirt, Sports Bra, Tennis Shoes (For the official tryout on Friday, we recommend wearing all black)
Remember:

Have your hair pulled back (no bangs in the face), all jewelry off, and nails cut short, bring a water bottle, snacks, and a great attitude!

NEW Incoming Candidates:
Thursday, April 16th – 4-6PM
Friday, April 17th – 4-6PM

ALL Candidates (Both New & Returning Candidates):
Monday, April 20th – 4-6PM
Tuesday, April 21st – 4-6PM
Wednesday, April 22nd – No Practice
Thursday, April 23rd – 4-6PM
